· Safe and reliable: It uses cast iron body, grid structure and high-strength one-piece forged steel crankshaft; the seawater pipe is all of cast copper and stainless steel, and the pure copper sea water pump has stronger corrosion resistance; the cooling lubrication system is equipped with an emergency interface.
· Strong power: The power range is wide; the torque reserve is over 20%, and the diesel engine is divided into high and low speed versions, of which the low speed version diesel engine has higher torque value at medium and low speeds, and the high speed version diesel engine has higher torque value at medium and high speeds, which are better adaptive to different ships.
· Fuel economy: The diesel engines are divided into high and low speed versions, of which the low-speed version diesel engine has lower fuel consumption rate at medium and low speeds, and the high-speed version diesel engine has lower fuel consumption rate at medium and high speeds. The fuel consumption rate of the 6-cylinder diesel engines at rated conditions is less than 200g/kW•h, and the rated fuel consumption rate of the 12-cylinder diesel engine less than 210g/kW•h; the highest oil consumption rate is 0.8g/kW•h.
· Strong practicality: It is equipped with a manual oil pump that can be pre-lubricated and drain the used engine oil. The oil cooler and filter are modular in design; the whole engine is compact in structure; a sight glass is set on the side of the engine block to facilitate maintenance.
